For reps

Your day starts with cases. Not spreadsheets.

Open the app and see what today needs: which cases you’re covering, whether they’re ready, and what to do about the ones that aren’t.

Cases

Today, tomorrow, and the week — at a glance.

The date strip shows your schedule; each case shows its surgeon, hospital, time, and readiness. Tap through for kits, blockers, and history.

  • Day and agenda views of your case load
  • Ready and At-risk status on every card
  • Surgeon, hospital, room, and time up front

Scan

The scanner does the data entry.

New device? Kitlogi pulls the record from the FDA database. Known kit? It’s recognized instantly, and status, location, and even the likely case are one tap away.

  • Device, lot, serial, expiration — from one barcode
  • Case suggestions when the kit matches the schedule

Inventory

Your whole inventory, in a pocket.

Filter by status, search by lot or serial, and never get surprised by an expired kit — they’re flagged in red before they cost you a case.

  • Available, Backorder, In use, Missing, On hold — one tap filters
  • “Assigned to me” shows your kits only
  • Request transfers or adjustments from the kit

After surgery

Mark it complete from the hallway.

When the case wraps, one tap closes it out. Kits release back to inventory, the office sees it live, and there’s an undo if you tapped too soon.

  • Mark complete right from the case
  • Completion logged to case history

Field requests

Flag it where you find it.

Damaged packaging, a count that’s off, a kit in the wrong place — report it from the shelf with a note and a reason. The office gets it as a request they can approve in one tap.

  • Damage, corrections, transfers, and holds
  • Location mismatches caught at scan time
  • You’re notified when the office decides

Notifications

One feed for the whole day.

Scans matched, cases completed, requests approved or rejected, messages from the office — everything lands in one feed, split into updates and requests.

  • All, Updates, and Requests tabs
  • Office replies attached to the original request
